Coastal Wellness & Counseling, LLC (CWC) requires consent for treatment from both parents/legal guardians for all children under the age of 18, regardless of the marital status of the child/ren’s parents. In the case of divorced or separated parents where one parent has been awarded sole legal custody, CWC requires a copy of the accompanying Court Order prior to scheduling. Please be mindful of this policy when submitting an inquiry for counseling for children. Thank you.
